The Priesthood power has been restored to the earth, so that men can act in God’s name for the salvation of His children through the administration of sacred ordinances, both for the living and the dead. The ordinances that are performed in the temple help us to further understand the Lord’s will for all of His children and that the ordinances of salvation and of Eternal Life are available to all His children.
